I'm a product consultant at SeventyOne Consulting, a Stockholm firm working across product, design, and leadership. My current work spans product strategy, digital commerce, and AI transformation, helping organisations identify where AI creates genuine business value.
I care about outcomes, but I'm equally focused on how teams get there. Sustainable pace, strong fundamentals, and learning loops that compound over time.
Beyond client work, since May 2026 I collaborate with Hyper Island as Industry Leader in Product Management. Product Rhythm is my space for writing, building communities, and experimenting. Product Builders is the first thing taking shape here.

How I tend to help
Most teams have capable people. What slows them down is unclear intent and decisions that keep getting deferred. I work with teams to create clarity that actually holds under pressure.
Not every problem needs an A/B test. I build the thinking, framing, and infrastructure that helps teams learn faster without confusing activity with progress.
Acquisition, conversion, and SEO are not separate checklists. I connect them into a coherent approach that builds over time, rooted in how people actually find and choose products.
