About
I'm known for asking difficult questions early, and for creating clarity where complexity gets in the way.
To me, building products means bringing strategy, discovery, technology and execution together to solve real customer and business problems. I work comfortably between executive discussions, customer research, experimentation and delivery, and I do my best work where the challenge is defining the problem before building the solution.
I'm particularly interested in how generative AI is changing product development: not only the experiences we can offer customers, but how organisations find opportunities, prioritise and build. I build with it myself, every week.
